  • Draft and publish an organizational policy statement on diversity and inclusion on BASIC’s website.
  • Establish a new series of workshops exploring the subject of nuclear weapons and gender, through an intersectional lens, in 2023.
  • Start collecting and analyzing statistics on gender and other diversity metrics in relation to our programmes and projects.
  • Begin a conversation BASIC about how to make the organisation a ‘safe space’.
