Pledges:
- SFI will commit that at least 20% of the external articles, op-eds, story-based blog posts we produce, as well as the media we amplify on our social media, will elevate the story of a military partner from an underrepresented demographic (to include women of color, same-sex relationships, and male partners as examples).
- No less than 33% of our Capitol Hill meetings will engage the offices and staff of Members of Congress who identify as women or non-binary.
- SFI will aim for at least 25% of our Leadership Team members to represent underrepresented demographics in our military spouse community (to include women of color, same-sex relationships, and male partners as examples).
