Pledges:

  • ONN will support the development of leadership competencies among young women, both on our staff and in our network, providing mentorship and/or professional development aligned with our mission to 2-4 women.
  • ONN will appoint staff to participate in the Foundation’s Committee on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), dedicated to creating a diverse, just and welcoming workspace, and the DEI committee on gender, race, religion, ethnicity and nationality (GRREN), dedicated to improving DEI and gender constructs in the Foundations programme.
  • ONN will engage actively in the discourse on gender mainstreaming and gender equality on visible platforms.
