Pledges:

• Aim for at least 50% female representation and 30% people of color among guests interviewed for Things That Go Boom.
• Conduct an annual audit and evaluate Inkstick contributions with the aim of reaching, or maintaining, at least 50% female representation and 30% people of color.
• Retain at least 50% female representation among Inkstick Media staff and board members and improve board and staff diversity to include at least 30% people of color.
