- By March 2022, consider cultural and policy changes to improve parental and care provisions. Report on these changes by April 2022.
- Join the Women’s Equality Principles framework by August 2021. By December 2021, in consultation with representatives at all levels in the company, create a Gender Action Plan. Set up the structures to enact the Plan by April 2022.
