Champions

Pledges:

• Programming will have diverse panels that include at least 50% women and non-binary people, as well as 50% people of color so that we are intentional with what voices and perspectives we highlight.
• Commit to non-participation on external panels that do not have at least 50% women/non-binary speakers or that do not include speakers of color.
• Any new consultation teams must be at least 50% women and non-binary, and PSFG will prioritize engaging women/non-binary people of color in our consulting partnerships.
• Half of 2022/23 written collaborations will be with women and non-binary writers, and will seek to include perspectives from all corners of the philanthropic field.
